Vertiq developed a 92-unit Residence Inn and 152-room Moxy double-decker property in conjunction with Slough Urban Renewal, in a landmark location on the A4 between the town centre and station, at the heart of the Elizabeth Line development.

The two hotels form an important part of Slough’s commercial regeneration scheme, which has boosted the town centre’s night time economy, provided jobs, and generates long-term secure income for the Slough Borough Council.

This new, five-storey building is located in Paris Nord 2 business park, bringing the first extended-stay hotel (Hyatt House) around Charles de Gaulle airport. This follows a detailed feasibility study by Cycas showing that there is a strong market for extended-stay hotels at major airports.

Appealing to international guests, corporate demand from the local major commercial and industrial hubs around CDG airport and the A1 corridor (Paris-Lille, north of France)

Re-branding a central London operating hotel to Four Points Flex by Sheraton London Shoreditch East

The Cycas team converted an operational Shoreditch property to one of Marriott’s newest midscale conversion brands, Four Points Flex, within an incredibly short 12-week period.
Keeping the hotel fully operational throughout the re-brand process, the Cycas team oversaw the rooms upgrade, external signage and full commercial transition into Marriott’s established loyalty, distribution, sales and marketing platforms and global customer base.
Working with the Marriott brand, the Cycas Hospitality team designed the complete online presence for the property including website, social media platforms, third-party platforms and a suite of collateral and in-hotel signage to support the re-positioning of the hotel.
This incredibly quick re-brand process was completed within time-scales and budget, affording owners a swiftly refreshed hotel product, seamless guest experience and access to the global hotel brand loyalty and brand platforms.

FOUR POINTS FLEX BY SHERATON EXPANDS IN UK WITH OPENING OF SHOREDITCH HOTEL

The Cycas Team worked to deliver a compelling visual identity and complete suite of brand materials, including internal and external signage for The Lincoln Suites, a boutique aparthotel in Holborn, London.  Close to the Kingsway, the property is set within a 1920’s neo-classical building which provided the inspiration for this clean yet classical identity.

Working within a short three-month time-frame, the team created a complete online presence (website and social channels), signage and collateral to support an effective introduction to the London serviced apartment scene.

The Cycas team worked on creating an eye-catching and compelling visual identity for The 55 By Le Mirage, a beautiful boutique hotel in a Grade II listed Georgian building in the heart of cosmopolitan London. The resulting brand identity complements the modern and homely elements of the 55 uniquely design suites, whilst paying homage to the history of the building and local area.

In three months, the team have created all elements needed to launch The 55 by Le Mirage into the market, including a complete online presence (website and social channels) and full suite of marketing materials, collateral and signage.

A 3-month restaurant re-brand project was project managed by the Cycas Marketing team, co-ordinating a range of service providers to deliver a successful hotel restaurant launch within the crowded London dining scene. With the primary objective to refresh the restaurant brand identity including a new name & logo development, to align with growth plans & market opportunities, the team worked to ensure the new brand reflected the restaurant’s commitment to authentic Sicilian cuisine & ingredients.

Cycas Hospitality Marketing oversaw an in-depth research phase, reviewing local competitive offerings, market trends in the London restaurant scene and emerging consumer preferences. Feedback from existing customers was also solicited to understand the current perception of the restaurant & menu options.

A new brand strategy was crafted, including brand positioning, personality, core messaging and a complete suite of creative elements including a new name for the space, leading to a significant uplift in social media followers and media coverage, as well as a 30% uplift in customer visits during the first 3 months post-opening and 45% revenue uplift.

Initially catering mainly to internal hotel guests, the rebrand aimed to attract external visitors and elevate the dining experience.
